Starting from the iconic Trent Bridge gives us a huge range of available routes which can all be adapted to suit your ability, goals and experience. The Wednesday run is based on a 5km distance, taking advantage of a flat, traffic free river route which proves to be extremely popular with all our runners. We adjust our routes in the winter in favour of well-lit paths as the safety of our runners is always the top priority.
On Sundays we have a range of routes ranging from 5km to 10 miles and beyond, perfect for building up stamina and training for events. Our friendly running group will make sure nobody is left to run alone so don't worry if you're not too familiar with the area. We really do have runners of all paces, so you'll definitely fit right in somewhere.
